Trivalent-black like metal coating, final stage of anti-corrosion. Its function is to increase rust resistance after zinc plating must be chromed using this trivalent, not only black but also blue, yellow and clear depending on customer request.

Chromating Blue Chromate ZT-441SR Trivalent chromium conversion coating for zinc plating. It produces a blue bright coating similar to that obtained from hexavalent chromium formulations with excellent corrosion resistance.

Yellow Chromate ZT-444ACY Trivalent chromium conversion coating for zinc plating. It produces a light reddish purple ~ violet iridescent coating. This trivalent chromium conversion coating thickness is under 100nm.
  1. Most suitable for zinc barrel plated parts.
  2. Excellent corrosion resistance can be obtained without over coat.
  3. Excellent corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance at SST (5% white rust), T.P.: Plated by Zincate bath; Rack plated parts: 480 h
ZT-444ACX Trivalent chromium conversion coating for zinc plating. It produces a light yellowish green ~ light violet iridescent coating. This trivalent chromium conversion coating thickness is under 100nm.

ZT-444SH Trivalent chromium conversion coating for zinc plating. It produces a light yellowish green ~ light purple iridescent coating. This trivalent chromium conversion coating thickness is under 0.1µm.
  1. Most suitable for conversion treatment of zinc rack plated parts.
  2. Excellent corrosion resistance can be obtained without over coat.

ZT-444CF Trivalent chromium conversion treatment agent of iridescent type. DIPSOL ZT-444CF SR type does not cause easily haze caused by increasing of impure metal (zinc, iron) that is fault of past trivalent chromium conversion treatment agent. It produces a blue ~ red light iridescent coating.
  1. Most suitable for zinc rack plated parts.
  2. Because it is strong in impure metal (zinc, iron), haze is not caused easily.
  3. Because the influence of the stir is not received easily, haze is not caused easily even in the part where the stir is weak.
  4. Drain performance is excellent. (Comparison with our agent of chelate type)
  5. Heatproof corrosion resistance is excellent.
  6. When applied properly the process will produce a finish that exceeds 240 hours of neutral salt spray to white corrosion products.
Silver Chromate ZT-444DSM Is almost no nitrogen content environmentally preferred trivalent chromium conversion coating, which provides Blue or Clear appearance.
  1. Easy to waste treat and Contains almost no Nitrogen and also not contain silica.
  2. When applied properly the process will produce a finish that exceeds 144 hours of neutral salt spray to white corrosion products.
  3. Free from discoloration trouble.
Black Chromate ZT-447S123 (Barrel) Black trivalent chromium conversion coating without hexavalent chromium.
  1. Black trivalent chromium conversion coating without hexavalent chromium, silver and dyes for zinc barrel plating.
  2. Can be used for zinc barrel plated parts.
  3. Excellent corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance at SST (5% white rust) T.P.: Plated by our Zincate bath, Barrel plated parts: 144 h
ZT-447S123 (Rack) Black trivalent chromium conversion coating without hexavalent chromium, silver and dyes for zinc rack plating.
  1. Can be used for alkaline non cyanide zinc rack plated parts.
  2. Excellent corrosion resistance under high temperature atmosphere.

Finishing Black Chromate ZTB-118 An effective product to improve the corrosion resistance and the appearance of black trivalent chromium conversion coating only by dipping as the finishing process after black trivalent chromium conversion treatment. It does not contain silicates and resins.
  1. Improve the corrosion resistance of trivalent black chromate.
  2. Prevent water stain and obtain excellent appearance.
  3. Can be used for both automatic and manual operation.
ZTB-118N Trivalent chromium base finishing agent for Black Trivalent Chromium conversion coating, which does not contain silicate or resin. DIPSOL ZTB-118N provides extra corrosion resistance and appearance for black trivalent chromium conversion coating.
  1. Easy dip and dry process provides high corrosion resistance coating.
  2. Uniform appearance with less sealer stains or flow mark.
  3. Can be used in automatic line due to no silicate or resin contained.
