CLEANER

Cleaner is a pre-treatment before entering the finished plating process prior to the metal plating stage. From this metal must be cleaned first from carbon and oil.

NC-18K
Aluminium Cleaner AL-47 A liquid cleaner for aluminum and its alloys. It has excellent degreasing performance even at room temperature and can remove not only oils but also soils.

  2. Maintain the brightness without attack to aluminium and its alloys.
  3. Free from smut and good water rinse ability.
Pickling support V-3 Can accelerate to remove oil, scale and red rust by addition to Sulfuric Acid or Hydrochloric Acid pickling solution.
  1. Less attack on base metal such as high-carbon steel.
  2. Can remove both oil and rust and also less smutting due to inhibitor performance.
  3. It is hard to increase iron impurity in acid pickling solution due to less attack on the base metal so can offer longer life and reduce waste water treatment cost.
